Your teacher Chris James is a
highly experienced and sought after name on the
international yoga circuit. He regularly
contributes to a variety of Health and fitness
pages in national newspapers and magazines and
teaches classes and one-to-one sessions across
London's health clubs and premier hotels and
businesses. He has been practicing for 12 years
and is British Wheel of Yoga qualified to teach
a a range of Yoga practices including remedial
yoga therapy and nutrition across the world. He
studied in Rishikesh, and at the Krishnamacharya
Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India.
