Deposit

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your place. The balance payment is due no less than 6 weeks prior to the event. You may also pay in full at the time of booking if you prefer. Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full.

Single occupancy rooms are limited and always subject to availability. Where possible we will confirm single occupancy at the time of booking. If confirmation is not possible we will give you the price for a double room, which will include a single occupancy supplement.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your booking form and confirmation of an available place. Where possible requests for single occupancy will be confirmed at this stage. We will tell you the exact amount due to confirm your booking. You will then be directed through to the secure on line payment process. Receipt of payment will confirm your place.

If you are paying the 50% deposit, you will be sent an automatic reminder of the balance due 6 weeks prior to the weekend/holiday.

We will email you all further information on the venue and what to bring with you approximately 6 weeks before the event.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

We recommend that you book your flights through a recommended tour operator and airline.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made up to two weeks before departure, 50% of payment (excluding deposit) will be refunded. Thereafter refunds (up to a maximum of 25% of payment and excluding deposit) will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of Chris James. Cancellation of your weekend, for whatever reason, must be notified in writing to Chris James Yoga.
