Meditation
is “the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind-stuff.” The
world is your projection. There’s nothing wrong with the world –
you can make it heaven or hell. The entire science of Yoga is based on this
– the outside world is based on your thoughts and mental attitude.
Weekly mediation is for inner-peace seekers or anyone who wants to taste
a quiet, non - chattering mind. Classes are 30 or 60 minutes long.
