James is a One-to-One specialist. Chris’ approach to Yoga has the
benefit of maintaining an excellent standard of physical fitness, with a
focus on core strength and postural integrity, co-ordinated breath and movement,
breathing and relaxation techniques that can be employed in day-to-day life.
Chris puts his sensitivity as a teacher down to a 'strong One-to-One approach'.
