This introduces your employees to the many benefits of Yoga and the ways in which yoga can be used as a tool to raise energy levels, conquer stress, develop teamwork and create peace of mind. A timetable of 5 different classes are run throughout the course of the day. This will range from remedial classes to help ease back pain, injuries or muscular discomfort to those targeting fitness and flexibility. Choose the class you would like to attend
