This
introduces your employees to the many benefits of Yoga and the ways in which
yoga can be used as a tool to raise energy levels, conquer stress, develop
teamwork and create peace of mind. A timetable of 5 different classes are
run throughout the course of the day. This will range from remedial classes
to help ease back pain, injuries or muscular discomfort to those targeting
